Preservation: Pin through the right elytron, just to the right of center. Head of pin, 3/8" to 1/2" above elytra.
Characters: Pronotum hoods over the head; soft elongate body; light-organ on last 2–3 abdominal segments.
Note: Found on the ground; intermittent flashes (~3/min).
